Shipping policy

Gifting Brands auction packages are donated by our brand partners at no charge to approved 501(c)(3) charities. The only cost to a charity is a shipping and handling fee.

Shipping fee
$20 for the $1,000 package. $50 for the $2,500 package. The fee is paid at checkout once your request is approved.

When packages ship
Your package ships within the two weeks before the due date on your request, so it arrives in time for your event.

Damaged or missing items
If your package arrives damaged or incomplete, email admin@giftingbrands.org with a photo within 14 days of delivery and we will make it right.
